Botswana confirmed on 29 October 2026 that projects under its multi-billion-dollar investment framework with Qatar’s Al Mansour Holdings were progressing in phases. Botswana Airport City and the Serowe Coal Bed Gas Project have entered implementation stages. The government clarified that the framework does not represent a direct cash deposit into government accounts, and a specific total project value was not disclosed.
