Delete Your Shirakat Account
Submit a request to close your Shirakat account and delete eligible account-linked information.
What happens after you submit
We will use your registered email address to locate the account and may contact you to verify your identity. Eligible requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days.
Your request can cover your Shirakat account, personal information, applicable investment-interest and activity records, applicable message records, and other account-linked information that can legally be deleted.
We will not delete information that must be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, or resolve an active dispute. Any retained information remains protected and restricted to those purposes.
