You have the right to request removal of your personal data. This page explains what we delete, what we keep, and how to submit your request.

How to Request Data Removal

You can submit a data removal request through any of the following methods:

After receiving your request, our team will verify your identity by phone before proceeding. You will be contacted within 1–2 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, the following personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Account credentials and login history
  • Investment activity and interest logs
  • Communication history with our support team
  • Notification preferences and settings
  • Device identifiers and session data

What We May Retain

Some information may be retained where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records required for financial regulation compliance
  • Fraud prevention and security incident logs
  • Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Data subject to active legal proceedings or disputes

Retained data is held securely and not used for marketing or profiling purposes.

Retention Timeline

Here is what to expect after submitting your request:

Verification call — 1 to 2 business days Our team contacts you on your registered number to confirm the request.

Data removed — within 30 days All eligible personal data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Legally retained data — up to 7 years Transaction records and compliance data are held only as required by UK financial regulation.
