Germany’s Federal Employment Agency reported 3.016 million seasonally adjusted unemployed people in October, while the unemployment rate remained at 6.4%. The agency also recorded approximately 654,000 job vacancies, 31,000 more than a year earlier.
The figures point to continuing recruitment needs despite a subdued labour market. Employers may require recruitment services, workforce planning, payroll support and professional training.
