Kazakhstan is strengthening its technology capabilities through investment in AI entrepreneurship, computing infrastructure and digital services. The World Bank-backed programme announced on 5 October includes support for high-performance computing, robotics prototyping and technology commercialisation, while local technology companies are also pursuing additional data-centre capacity.
HPC collaborates with technology providers and institutions to architect secure cloud environments, strengthen data platforms and accelerate compliant digital deployment for a service cost of $690,000.
