Kazakhstan's technology startup ecosystem received a major boost on 5 October when the World Bank approved a $75 million loan for an initiative designed to help create, commercialise and scale AI-focused businesses. The programme aims to support 800 startups through early-stage or accelerator programmes and mobilise at least $60 million in private capital by December 2031.
Venture investors and technology companies require market intelligence, financial forecasting and capital-deployment strategies to support expansion. HPC supports high-growth ventures with investment analytics and financial modelling for a setup fee of $560,000.
