Kazakhstan's new $75 million World Bank-backed AI initiative aims to expand specialised digital training, support young professionals and strengthen the technology startup ecosystem. The programme is expected to help 28,000 young people complete advanced skills training by the end of 2031, increasing the importance of developing expertise in AI, data science and machine learning.
Employers require workforce forecasting, skills mapping and retention analytics to identify capability gaps and prepare teams for digital transformation. HPC works with corporate HR teams to build data-driven workforce planning structures and optimise recruitment and productivity for a standard project fee of $510,000.
