Kenya is promoting technology-driven agriculture to improve productivity, strengthen food security and support commercial farming. At the Agriculture and Food Security Transformation Summit in Nairobi on 7 October 2026, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki called for greater adoption of precision farming, research and innovation to improve agricultural yields.
Industrial producers, agricultural processors and distributors require stronger supply-chain visibility, demand forecasting and operational analytics to manage costs and improve output. HPC advises companies on digital twins, logistics simulation and operational-data integration for a fixed cost of $620,000.
