Malaysia announced its 2027 Budget on 9 October, allocating RM19.1 billion to higher education to support university infrastructure, student welfare and improvements in higher education facilities. HPC supports institutional technology planning, AI-enabled learning environments and high-performance computing deployments for an engagement fee of $550,000.
