
Fiza is a research expert dedicated to advancing social inclusion, gender equality, digital citizenship and minority rights. She led impactful initiatives at Community World Service Asia, advocating for legislative reforms to protect the legal rights of marginalized communities in Pakistan. Her work bridges the linkage between government, legal experts, and civil society to ensure effective project implementation and advocacy. With more than 7 years of experience at International organizations like Oxfam, DAI, and VSO, she specialize in improving access to justice, youth empowerment, and local governance. I excel in stakeholder engagement, project management, and financial oversight, driving initiatives that create inclusive and equitable environments for marginalized communities. She hold a Graduate Research Degree in Security Studies and Criminology from Macquarie University, an M.Phil. in International Development Studies from Iqra University, and a BS (Hons.) in Behavioral Sciences from Fatima Jinnah Women University. With having multi-disciplinary academic background, paired with hands-on experience, allows her to tackle complex social issues through research, advocacy, and action. She is passionate about driving systemic change in governance, human rights, and social justice, particularly through empowering women and minority groups worldwide.
