Prof. Mushtaq Mirani is a multifaceted professional—engineer, economist, writer, and development expert—with extensive experience working with UNDP, World Bank, FAO, and other international organizations. He has contributed to poverty alleviation, governance, and civil society initiatives in Pakistan, including roles in Prime Minister’s Task Forces. A former associate professor at Mehran University, he is now Executive Trustee of SRSP, benefiting millions through community development projects. An active advocate for democracy and human rights, he has spoken at global conferences and participated in leadership programs worldwide. Passionate about transformative politics and community service, he continues to influence development discourse in Pakistan and beyond. He is widely travelled and has experience working/studying at national and international universities.
