Zone operators and logistics firms are seeking tenants, equipment financing and technology partners to build light manufacturing, agro-processing, warehousing and cold-chain capacity.

HPC places manufacturers and logistics investors into zone projects and arranges the joint venture or lease terms. We charge a 2.5% success fee on deals of around $18 million.
