Summary <p>Noor Ul Huda Shah is a public health professional and policy entrepreneur from Balochistan, Pakistan - a region shaped by refugee crises, sectarian violence, separatist movements, terrorism, and climate-related disasters. She was the first in her province to attend a nationally renowned all-girls boarding school and to introduce international student organizations like IFMSA – International Federation Medical Students’ Association as well as Pakistan’s first WHO EMR Youth Council to her region. Holding a Master’s in Health Policy and Management from Aga Khan University and a Master’s in International Relations, Noor has worked across clinical and public health settings with organizations including the Ministry of National Health Services Islamabad, Policy Research Unit–Manchester Global Foundation, and Women in Global Health. Her work spans policy development, strengthening health systems, and research in complex, fragile settings. A recipient of the prestigious WHO HRP Alliance Fellowship (2022-2023) and Charles Wallace Visiting Fellowship at Oxford University, UK (2025), Noor excels in bridging policy innovation with practical implementation to drive sustainable health reforms. She recently contributed to the development of Pakistan’s National Health and Population Policy (2025–2034), which will guide the country’s health priorities for the next decade. She is also the founder of The DiploMedic - a platform dedicated to advancing health diplomacy, equity, and resilient health systems worldwide.</p>
