Summary <p>Dr. Imran Saeed has completed his Ph.D. in HRM/Organizational Behavior/Leadership. He is currently working as Associate Researcher/ Associate Professor at School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and technology, Wuhan, China. His research interests include servant leadership, the dark side of leadership, workplace curiosity, person-job misfit, workplace spirituality, workforce agility, perceived overqualification, organizational justice/injustice, organizational politics, and women entrepreneurship.
